fwiw, I'm opposed to this. How many other modules are in the "Administration" group? We should only create packages if a typical site is likely to have more than 3 modules in the package.

I know these modules are located in the Administration Group, there are others as well.

btw http://drupal.org/project/moduleinfo is one of the best ideas IMO.

Admin Role
Cache Browser
