Views Blocks only visible to users with administer nodes' Permission

My drupal site is having strange problem and the Views Blocks are only visible to user with 'administer nodes' Permission.
Same problem with this module [URL="http://drupal.org/project/quotes"]http://drupal.org/project/quotes[/URL] same problem with this too, only users with 'administer nodes' Permission can view the blocks.
I have a CCK based Calender but there is no problem with it.
