We've turned on the needed modules. We've inputted the information provided by USPS. We've turned on the USPS shipping types we want to use. We've set our fulfillment center. I went in and turned on the shipping types for each of the products.

However, when you check out you still get the blank page upon trying to check out. It asks you to select the shipping type, but no options are given. And of course that stops anyone from checking out since they can't choose a shipping method.
