The link for thumbnail that Asset Embed generates excess &hl=en&fs=1 , something should be changed in
asset_embed_youtube_extract_id function in youtube.inc file so that this gets stripped out.
For now I just strip this out in asset_embed_youtube_thumbnail_src function
