virtual site installed at GoDaddy, but does not change theme

Description
I set up the virtual site following the book page directions.
I created a page with alias vsitename/pagetitle where vsitename is the path I entered in the Condition vsitename/*
I changed the theme for the vsitename virtual site but the page is displaying with the site theme, not the virtual site theme
I am using GoDaddy, is that a problem?
