After user adds content, there's no link in their homepage to go back and add more content or change other settings.

It just shows the content, and there's no discernible way to go back to where more content can be added.
The funny thing is that if the content is all removed, then I have links again for adding content, but still no links for changing the format in various ways.

There are tabs at the top of the page.
Please read the documentation before filing any more issues.
