I need google sitemap support and node import help

imoria - November 10, 2008 - 03:36

I am working with a node import that comes in from a .csv file and uploads to my website. The person that was currently working on it has left the company and I need someone that understands the node import and can show me how to manage this myself.

off the subject, i'm looking for someone to help me with google sitemap located here:

https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/docs/en/sitemap-generator.html

I'm a newbie but quick learner and I have patience. I'm located in Orlando, Florida and if your near here that would be awesome otherwise we will have to communicate via chat. Let me know if your interested.

You might want to look at the xml sitemap module that automatically generates a Google sitemap and more. I'm unsure what version you have (maybe it's 6) but it's worth a shot.

Look here: http://drupal.org/project/xmlsitemap

You never paid me

phillamb168 - November 10, 2008 - 13:51

Hi Mark,

I believe I was the last person to help you with your site, actually, although I never worked for you. I still haven't been paid the $195 you owe me, and, doing a cursory search of one of your various pseudonyms on google reveals that you have a habit of contracting out work to developers, then promising payment, and then, once the work is done, blocking them on IM and failing to respond to emails and paypal notices. Is there something wrong, financially? If so, it's the sort of thing that most people, myself included, are willing to work with you on. But based on other peoples' reports of your behavior, I think it's safe to say that this is not the case. Not sure what the deal here is, but I will say that while $195 does not have much effect on my personal finances, there ARE people on this board who use the money they get from Drupal development to pay their rent, their grocery bills, and their health insurance. When you engage in fraud (which is what this is), it doesn't just hurt your reputation, it hurts the members of this community who rely on a modicum of trust between those offering services and those rendering.

Phil Lamb is a joke!

This guy Phil Lamb tried to charge me $195 for a service that he didn't even complete. I had to figure out how to do the stuff myself. The fact that you even tried to bill me $195 was a joke and the reason he was blocked from my IM, if Phil Lamb or phillamb168 had been reasonable and would of actually helped and fixed my problem Phil Lamb would of been paid. The fact that I'm still posting stuff, STILL trying to figure out stuff that wasn't fixed by Phil Lamb, speaks loudly to Phil Lamb and his services! Also, no contract was written for services and the slander on this post has been documented and will be shown to my lawyer if it is not removed in 24 hours.

what do u mean by "...
