It is me again.
I am again getting another error message

user warning: Duplicate entry '1154' for key 1 query: INSERT INTO book (nid, mlid, bid) VALUES (77, 1154, 0) in D:\xampp\htdocs\sample\drupal_sample\sites\all\modules\category\wrappers\book\book.module on line 216.
Is there something wrong with my drupal?
