Hi,
I am confused:
The modr8 config screen for sending an email when taking no action says:
"Send a message when taking no action, but only if the moderator enters a "Note to author"
Where do i enter the "note to author"?

You must enable this - then a textarea becomes available on the moderation page w/ each node.
