Issue Summary

When admin create account for users then it assigns a role too & when it checks notify account then mail is received by user but in the mail user cant receive his role plz describe how to do this...

That isn't something this module does. This module is setup to send a email to 1 or more people aka site admins when a user is created or updated. It doesn't change anything. It doesn't send anything to users. That is controled else where in the system.
