Hi, great module. Nice an simple. Thanks so much. Is there any easy way to have a user picture instead of, or as well as, the user name in the inbox and sent messages pages.

That is not possible at this point. For actual PM viewing, you can do this through the node template since PMs are just another node. However, those tables are pretty limited.
