Vote up/down won't show in admin area?

Hi there,

maybe anyone can help here - i already installed vote up/down on anotehr drupal installation without problems, as far as I remember :-).

However, with a current installation, while the module ist activated and update.php has been run, vote up/down configuration won't show in the admin area, and also the direct link to admin/settings/vote_up_down won't give any results.

Any ideas? I already tried to completely delete the module and reinstall it, buth without success...

this is driving me nuts!
