I got this error and i am confused what to do now. Any idea? please help me out. Thank you.

When you tried to repair it
When you tried to repair it "in the Database" how did you go about that? Mysql from the command line?
Since the table it's grousing about is a cache table rather than a data table, I'd be tempted to truncate the table and try fixing it after that.
Crash
I just went to admin.php then selected all folders and put repair. Some other folders like category where repaired but this one not.
Now in my drupal website i am getting this error

I'm having the same problem and I cannot repair the table neither...
Finally...
I've dropped the table and created it again with:

expire int NOT NULL default '0',
created int NOT NULL default '0',

PRIMARY KEY (cid),
INDEX expire (expire)
)
That I found in the update.php file of my installation. The site seems to be working fine, but I do not know actually if this will be a problem, I hope not because its just a "cache" table...
