Show date of currently installed version

Description
It would be helpful to see the date of the currently installed version when considering whether or not to update a particular module. When an admin has many sites with many modules to manage, and when some modules put out new releases frequently with only small changes, it would be nice to be able to easily see what the date of the currently installed version is. In the same manner as the date is shown for the recommended version.
