I have installed thelatest image assist, tinymce module 1.9 with stable tinymce core 2.1.3.
Here's the problem I suffer. When I press the drupalimage camera icon in the tinymce toolbar, I go through the usual img_assist process of adding image, but after I press the Insert button I get no image inserted,just the blank area with the following source properties

Only local images are allowed.

How can I fix this problem?

I would like to specify that if an image is inserted using HTML code option than image is inserted ok, BUT the problem is when I choose to insert with a filter tag
