I have a module that I named view_ui_sort and it would be more appropriately named views_ui_sort.
What is the recommended process for renaming a project / module / release?
Do I just create a new project and then delete the old one?
Or is there a way to do via a move so the CVS history isn't lost?

Kiam or Dave, any comments on this. I'm not familiar nor do I have CVS access to be able to try and answer this issue.

It is not possible to rename the CVS directory used to contain a project.

regx already created a new project (http://drupal.org/project/views_ui_sort); the issue can be considered resolve.
