Simple web page

Just installed Drupal. Here's what I want to do:

Have users log in, and create simple web pages, with a graphic, a title, a body, whatever
other content they want - even add a streaming video if they like. And that page is
not a global post, or a blog, or whatever. It's just their web page.

Also, if someone wants to see that web page, they can access it somehow - most likely
in a 'list' of all the user's web pages that are sorted alphabetically, or even sortable by
other items, like 'location', etc.

I've spent hours configuring drupal, and this seems like a very basic thing that it should
do (i.e., just have a nice simple web page, without having the whole community see it
as a post, but simply as the user's web page). Is this asking too much of Drupal?

What to do? Any thoughts anyone? Is there a module that takes care of this?

Thanks! any particular cck modules I should install? cck addnode, or something else? Also,
I installed 'views'. Is the main 'views' install good enough? Or do I need something else.

Lastly, I actually enabled views, but not sure how to set up the user so that they can change
their page. Will I have to install cck first?

Thanks!

Robert
