I just wonder if this is possible or in the roadmap to make the status behave like nodes, that is, people can just comment a user's status, just like facebook. You know, sort of interactivity things:) Thanks

This would not be part of facebook_status.module, but instead part of activity.module with which facebook_status integrates. That is, you're probably thinking of the same kind of system Facebook has, where you can comment on things in your mini-feed; Activity provides that mini-feed if you have it installed, and at this time it doesn't support commenting on activities (to the best of my knowledge, although I think that feature is in progress).

facebook_status was intentionally designed so that statuses are not nodes; it's much more lightweight that way, albeit slightly less flexible.

I should probably add that Activity integration will be re-added in 6.x when there is a stable release of Activity for 6.x.

there is a patch for activity with option to comment it (commented status)
no nodes, just simple lightweight commenting
