Need Webform Help with email out settings

Hello

I have a need for a webforms guru to help tweak my outgoing emails after a form is submitted.

User hits submit
Two emails need to go out
One to the submitter with // thanks copy
One to the email address the submitter submitted, when submitting the form : ) with // your email was referred copy
( would prefer an attached PDF )
Form is built, all copy done, just need help getting it right.
