Problems Subscribing to issue queues

I have noticed this on several occasions, and again today when trying to subscribe to a modules issues. I select all issues and hit submit and wait and wait and .... Well this time i had the forethought to have taskmanager running with IE ready to be killed at the press of a button.

Basically a few seconds after hitting submit IE7's process rockets up to 99% killing the computer, in fact its almost impossible to get to task manager withing 5 minutes.

I accept its possible that its my machine, but as i never experince problems like this elsewhere it makes me wonder if there is a possible problem in the submit.

Any suggestions ?
