FCK Module question / upload image / imce working fine

Hello All,

Im not really sure where to post this questions so here goes:

I have installed FCKeditor module and Imce module both are working fine Im using drupal 6+.

The reason Im using Imce is bcause I cant figure out how to get the "UPLOAD TAB" for images inside fck.

If I create a page using fck editor and click on the picture icon theres a pop-up with 3 tabs at the top:

Advanced tab

I need to figure out how to get the "UPLOAD TAB" as well. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction I haven't seen any documentation on this (or I cant find it).

I started using the Imce module because I need a way to upload images and it has its pro's and con's.
One thing I like is that you can upload an image buy clicking browse server button.

Im going to get rid of the imce (as soon as I find a way to get the upload image tab inside the Fck) because I dont like the fact that if you give authentic users the option to upload an image (which they should have definatley) they can see and browse every other pic thats on the site!

I just dont think all users should be able to view everyone else's pic's (when all they want to do is upload an image from their computer.

Soo again if someone could kindly point me in the right direction to figure out how to get the "upload tab" in the fck edtor when you click on the image icon.
