Here is a Patch to Add Option for Term Weights to Import

Issue Summary

I created a patch to include an option to have weights as the second column.

It may need work in the updating or to add this as an option to other configurations, but it imports like a charm.

Here is a patch that works (for me) on 6.8, handles updates, and checks to make sure there is a weight value on the line being parsed.
