Adding additional ajax fields

Just installed this module to check it out, looks great! How difficult would it be to add additional fields that can be edited inline like the title? The reason I ask is I'd like to be able to use it for an Ubercart install to quickly modify prices.

Very nice module, would be absolutely killer if it could easily be mapped to new fields for inline editing.
