ok im having issues with phpmyadmin and it will not let me run the install.php

although i can do a run query

so could anyone help me and tell me what exactly i should run in my DB query to set up drupal manually without using the installer.php

You should tell us what the actual errors are that you are getting. If you can't even run the install, you may not be able to run Drupal at all without problems.

NO...u must use the installer from Drupal to install Drupal.

There's no manual installation!!

there was a problem with phpmyadmin where i have no privileges and can not do certian things

but anyway i found a work around to my problem
