If i get it right custom cck-fields of a specific node type should show up along with the default fields in Step "Map file columns (step 4 of 8)" so one could configure which content from the csv-file to insert into them. When i try to import content to my node-type with a custom cck-field only the default fields like Title, Menu-Settings, Comment-Settings etc. are shown and I'm not able to populate the cck-fields. I checked the permissions and i also read the documentation. Nobody else seems to have the problem so I'm wondering if I'm missing something basic or if the cck-fields are just not working for D6 by now.... If anyone has a hint for me I'd apreciate it...
I'm using this configuration:
PHP 5.2x
MySQL 5.0.32
Drupal 6.6
CCK 6.x-2.1
Node import 6.x-1.x-dev (2008-Nov-10)

Robrecht Jacques commentedThe port to Drupal 6 has not yet finished. In fact 6.x-1.-x-dev doesn't do anything useful right now. CCK fields are not yet implemented. You'll have to wait for the first public release of node_import for 6.x (6.x-1.0-rc1 probably). I hope by this weekend and I hope it will include the CCK fields. Read the release notes.
