Issue Summary
I find that using IE6 the "site map" page where t_dhtml displays all the site categories causes a Javascript error on loading the page. Result is that user only sees top level categories as links - the opening and closing sub-categories and nodes do not appear.
Moreover, it messes up all the rest of the Javascript on the page, notable jsdomenu.
Works fine in Firefox though

I do face problem with the javascript error on IE as well, but i am able open the sub-categories

This will be fixed in 5.x version of this module.
