Hello everyone.
I am in search of a developer who could worh with me and theme my drupal 6 site.
it is a social community with galleries, videos, blogs, user profiles & forums.
what i need exactly is a developer to theme my overall site and also some other things such as views for news snippets to appear on the homepage and galleries.
i have already created a an image of the mockup for the site in photoshop and i will release that to designers to help assist them with quoting the project.
I am hoping the site could be developed mostly with css.
I am open to developers anywhere in the world but india and also would like them to have some sort on messanger or skype to make conversation simple without long emails. (I am sorry but i hate emails, i feel its a bit impersonal and would rather have a live convo)

as far as a budget is concerned, i would say $1000-$1800 for themeing and I will go with the best developer for the money and also require to see some sort of portfolio.
