Washington DC displays wrong

When someone lives in Washington, DC, you enter "Washington" for their city, and you have to pick "Washington, DC" from the state menu. This makes the record's address display as

Washington, Washington, DC

Which looks funny.

A simple change in line 21 of "cck_address_state.inc" corrects the problem. I changed mine to "DC" so the record reads

Washington, DC

Which looks right.
