Don't show node text in gallery

Description
Is there a way to disable the actual node text when you click to "view gallery"? My users have already viewed the node and are clicking into the gallery to see photos. I am seeing the photos on top and then the entire body of the node once again.
This also causes duplicate content on the site for SEO.
