How to create this with CCK

You're not going to be very successful getting assistance in the forums by posting essentially repeated requests for people to help you build linked in. There's TONS of documentation on drupal.org-- for cck see http://drupal.org/modules/cck/documentation.

You'll be much more likely to receive useful assistance if you read the documentation, try things out, and post in the forums with specific questions. In other words, demonstrate that you've done your homework.
