Bad positioning in IE

Issue Summary

Hi, if you scroll down past the fold in IE and then attempt to summon the teleport popup, the popup still appears in the center of the page above the fold, that is, not in the center of the screen where you are.

Is anyone else getting this?

At least in IE6.
