Peek node shown in list, but doesnt recieve any peek notification

I submitted the node to peek, and it shown in the list,
but I receive no email notification at all.
I also Bcc the peek notification to my other email, but I didn't receive it
Have run cron and clear cache, and tried few times and in 3 diferent email provider,but also no luck

Did I miss anything?
