Multi language website

Hello, i'm new to drupal and need a quick tip.

My site consists of 3 distinct parts called "USA", "Canada" and "Australia".
Every part is written in 2 languages - English and Russian.
I want to configure the urls be like this -
/en/Canada/post-title
/ru/Canada/post-title
/en/USA/post-title
etc...
And also, the menu on /en/* should be in English and in /ru/* - in Russian.

What is the best way to make this with Drupal?
