Block headers - how to remove?

Is it possible to remove the blue headers on some of my blocks? Many of my blocks include just a clickable image so the headers aren't required.

in block configuration
page
type block title it will remove your block title

go to your site block setting
yoursite.com/admin/build/block/list

block Operations ... configure
> Block specific settings
Block title: type <none>
go down

> submit

I've tried this setting but it does not remove the block header bar.
