Spelling, default avatar sizes, other.

Issue Summary

Here's a version with a few fixes and usability improvements.

* Uses default avatar images. The 1.4 implementation simply took the big user image and scaled it down in html. The default avatar image works makes things more consistent with the rest of your site.

* Changed a few terms to talk about blog posts rather than blogs.

* Puts avatar image as the first column in the Blogger list, next to the blog author name.

Sorry, I don't have any dev tools on this machine so can't make a proper patch.
