Looking for Designers, Themers and Modulers

Binary Cubes is a small start-up company in Singapore.
I have been developing sites like the following for the last year, and will be getting more projects for the next year. I am therefore seeking help in the following areas

Designers:
To come up with nice looking sites in photoshop psd

Themers:
To convert psd to Drupal theme.

Modulers:
Primarily to create new modules.
I am currently working on a facility booking module and survey module for my clients, and will require some assistance to fine-tune some of the user interfaces. Will require some implementation of jquery and ajax stuff.

Ideally, you should be someone residing in Singapore or the surrounding regions, but I realized that there are not many Drupal users here (Do surprise me though).
