When entering the first of the 'Primary Links' items for a new install of drupal I get an error and the item is not added.
when I go to this page http://.com/admin/build/menu/item/0/delete
to add a new menu item, after clicking 'save' I am redirected to this page
http://domain.com/admin/build/menu/item/0/delete
And, the item was not added.

davoaxiom commentedI'm having the same problem on the main install of a multisite install.
Any Ideas what is causing this?

zelnaga commentedi had the same problem. "admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links/add" redirected me to "admin/build/menu/item/0/delete". removing the search module seems to have cleared it up, for now.

ben.sullivan commentedI'm also having this same issue...when I go to "save" the new menu item I'm redirected to admin/build/menu/item/0/delete. Anyone pinpoint where this glitch is coming from or find a solution?.

bertran2 commentedI have this issue too, I guess it's related to theme as I could fix it changing the theme i was using.

outlying commentedIn my case it was "hide submit" module that caused the same problem.
