Secondary menu in Affaires

First of all thanks for nice theme.
There is one thing I would like to know how to do it:
In Primary and secondary links settings I'm using Primary links for primary and for secondary links. So it is written: If you select the same menu as primary links then secondary links will display the appropriate second level of your navigation hierarchy.

My problem is that it display secondary link, but unfortunately above all primary links, and it should be displayed beneath its parent link.

Can you tel me how to fix this?
