video message module

I am thinking of build a video message module for Drupal.
Just want to see if any one is interested.
Basic feature:
1. send : allows member A send a PM (private message) to member B with a video (use his webcam to record)
2. receive : allow member B to read the PM and watch the video.
any one can give me any input regarding the user needs?
My basic idea is using Drupal as server + Flash as client side.
any comment is welcome. Thanks.

riffly.com is a nice idea. it holds the video files for other external users.
that may helps the site owner to save the bandwidth cost.
