I managed to get the contact form working. The issue I have is with the contact button on the Primary Menu. It shows up while I'm logged in as the administrator. But when I log out, the Contact menu button is no longer visible.

Do modules work differently?

Any help is appreciated.

Did you check user permissions? You need to give "access site-wide contact form" to your anonymous user.

Yep. Figured that part out. Now I'm getting ready to start messing with PHP...should be fun.....
