Hello,
Thanks you for your work with the articles module. I use this module and migrated from drupal 5 to 6. When viewing the article page, you see a list of the most recent articles and an area for article categories. The Article Category area has no data in it, even when I have many categories assigned in taxonomy to the article vocabulary.

I see nothing in the articles page
and many nodes have been assigned to the "article" vocabulary

Fixed in CVS. hook_theme() was missing.
Please update and empty the drupal cache.
