Hi All,

I am planning to order a virtual dedicated server service plan from APThost.com but I have just found that they do host porn sites with their services. I am wondering if this will affect google's indexing for my site. Please share with me your experiences if you have used their services before. Recommendation of other hosting companies also welcome. (I like apthost.com because they offer very good price and also read some good comments on their services from other rating websites)

You will be insulated from that.
Just don't host porn sites if you are a reseller or in a domain registered to you.

I use Dathorn... great fast servers...not overloaded

I am not hosting porn site myself. Thanks for your recommendation, I have just checked out Dathorn but it doesnt look like they offer managed virtual dedicated servers....is there any other hosting companies you know of? I found apthost.com from drupal site: http://drupal.org/hosting

looks Dathorn is a very new company ...is it good for beginners?

I have just noticed that A2 hosting has a even better price compared to APThost although you do get more from APThost but I am fine with this for now as my site is not even finished yet so I am not expecting users, at least not a lot of them yet so I do not need a lot of bandwidth. However, I am not yet sure if it is a managed vps by A2 and a managed vps is what I am looking for. Anyone used them before?
