Not yet. Personally, I'm not interested in back-porting this feature to 5.x, and I even do not know whether Browscap for 5.x allows integration with SwitchTheme.

If you want to provide a patch, then re-open the original issue #264001: Add switching theme based on browser., please. However, please don't re-open just for asking to back-port this feature.
