When i try to import .po laguage file drupal send me to 404 error page. (my po file is lastest fr.po)

I have the same problem, not only with the Import button, but with multiple buttons, it's something about the forms. This is the kind of "fake" link the buttons take me to (it's the 404 page, but this is in the location field) :
http://localhost/drupal-cvs/admin/locale/language/import
i guess the link should have the "?q=" in the line (like this: "http://localhost/drupal-cvs/>>?q=< Anybody know any solutions?
