Save Newsletter as site page

Although I realize it's a bit awkward to do this in the current schema, it makes sense for new subscribers (and optionally non-subscribers) to view past 'issues'

Past mailouts should be archived.

Seeing as each current eNewsletter is basically a bag of nodes matching certain criteria, one of those criteria being 'time since last published' it's tricky to really archive the item as data,
It's possible (although much less clever) to just paste the content of a mailout into a story node as part of the mailout process, but there are a few problems with that approach.

I believe a better approach would be the custom 'issue' node that would define a list of links to the featured stories.
