I might be overlooking something, but after spending the whole morning on this issue, I'm at wit's end. I'm trying to resize an ImageField image, but for some reason ImageCache doesn't create any directories or files when Drupal is set to public downloads. However, when I change the method to private, it all works fine. I'm using WAMP. Does anyone know what could be the cause here?

Tested on a Linux server and it worked, so probably WAMP was the problem.
