I could really use it on my Drupal 4.6.3-based website but before I install it, I want to be sure that it is fully compatible with it. Can anyone confirm me that ?

Workflow module is not compactable with the Drupal 4.6.3. It need to be backported if U want to use.
It works fine with CVS version of Drupal.
