Categories not displaying /Only 1 allowed in permissions

Description
This module is working fine under my admin account however with my test account I cannot see the categories to send to (I have created 2) and when I send an email it is not actually sent. Did I miss a permission or setting somewhere??

Update-
I guess it just took awhile to send the mail but I did get it however I neglected to mention that when I try to set the permission for both categories I get this: "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator."
So, since I only have one category permitted that is probably why they are not showing but how do I allow both??

I assume you gave the correct permissions. Maybe the problem you are having is related to this: http://drupal.org/node/302551
There was also a problem, which you may have been seeing, where when there was only one category it didn't get selected. I fixed that here: http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=182242

I fixed another bug yesterday that might be causing this behavior: http://drupal.org/node/543942.
Those fixes are in the 6.x-1.x-dev version.
