Requirements
Expert-level experience with Drupal:
Drupal 5 & 6
Drupal API (especially Form)
CCK / Views integration
Themes / phptemplate
Drupal module development & customization
eCommerce (Ubercart, Magento)
Expert-level experience in cross-browser issues and compatiblity
DHTML, CSS, JavaScript (AJAX, jQuery), mySQL, PHP
Linux / Windows / Mac environments
Actionscript 3, Flash / Drupal integration, Linux systems experience a huge plus
