Paid Gig - Ravenuke Migration

I have run a site (www.pretty-scary.net) for 5 years using Ravennuke. I need/want to upgrade the site. I understand the day-to-day of programming in Nuke, but am woefully underprepared for migrating a site like this into drupal.

I currently use phpbb forums with Ravennuke, and have two main databases to run the Nuke and forums.
I have several other databases to run modules like a calendar, a fiction section, and would ultimately want to create a new store attached to drupal as well.

This site has a database filled with 5 years of daily postings that need to be migrated or converted into drupal.

I am willing to pay someone to do the main migration and theme conversion for me.

I would love to talk to anyone who is familiar with this kind of conversion and who would be willing to give me a rough estimate on the workload and money involved.
